Rose Lux Aesthetics provides non-surgical aesthetic and wellness treatments. Individual results may vary.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years or older or have consent from a legal guardian.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee

• Deposits may be required to secure bookings

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated

• All sales are final on completed services

• Packages and promotions may have expiration dates

5. Medical Disclaimer

Our treatments are cosmetic in nature and not a substitute for medical care. Always consult a licensed medical provider for health concerns.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rose Lux Aesthetics is not responsible for:

• Variations in individual results

• Reactions due to undisclosed conditions

• Outcomes beyond our control

7. Client Conduct

We maintain a professional and respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse service when necessary.

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 

 📱 SMS Terms of Service

1. By opting in to SMS, you agree to receive SMS messages from Rose Lux Aesthetics, which may include:

• Appointment reminders

• Order confirmations

• Account notifications

• Promotional offers (if separately consented)

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP." After you send "Stop," we will confirm your unsubscribe via SMS. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you would like to opt back in, you may sign up again as you did previously.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
